Q. How is my model packed?
A. To insure that your model will arrive safely we use plenty of packing material and double strength shipping boxes. All of our models are packed very securely in boxes that are custom made for each model.

Q. How will my model by shipped?
A. The models are shipped via UPS/Insured. We will also email you the tracking information of the model.

Q. Are the models fully assembled?
A. Outside of some very minor assembly, our models are ready for display right from the box.

Q. How soon will my model be shipped?
A. If the model is in stock, you can expect your model to be shipped with two or three days.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. You may return your model with the original packing material within seven working days from delivery of the model for whatever reason and receive your full purchase price.

Q. What if my model arrives damaged?
A. Your replacement model will be shipped UPS/Insured to you at no additional charge.

Q. Can you build a Custom Aircraft or Ship Model.
A. Yes, as we have built many Custom models in the past.
